Welcome to Extensions for Live (“the Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The service

The Site is a community directory for discovering and sharing extensions, Max for Live devices, RNBO for Move patches, and related resources for Ableton Live. We provide the platform; the listings and files are created and submitted by members of the community.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Your submissions

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it on the Site for the purpose of operating the service. You are solely responsible for your submissions and confirm that you have the rights to share them and that they do not infringe the rights of others.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload malicious software, infringe intellectual property, post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content, or otherwise misuse the Site. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Third-party files and links

Listings may link to or host files on third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and you download and use such files at your own risk. We recommend scanning downloaded files and reviewing each creator’s own licence terms.

6. Intellectual property and trademarks

“Ableton” and “Ableton Live” are trademarks of Ableton AG. This Site is an independent community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ableton AG.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Site or any content or files obtained through it.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, including for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
