Content you submit: listings, files, version notes, comments, upvotes, and reports you create on the Site.

Usage data: basic, aggregated analytics about how the Site is used (for example, page views and performance metrics). This data is collected in a privacy-friendly way and is not used to build advertising profiles.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate and improve the Site: to authenticate you, display your listings and activity, enable community features, moderate content, and understand overall usage so we can make the service better.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure traffic and performance in aggregate; these do not use third-party tracking cookies.

4. Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to run the Site, including Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage) and Vercel (hosting and analytics). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal information, though published listings may remain attributed to an anonymised profile to preserve the integrity of the directory.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can edit your profile or delete your account from your account settings, or contact us for assistance.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above.
